Undoubtedly one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. It helps me turn this:

It’s time consuming but I can’t bring myself to spend money on a swift and winder when I can do without.
I’d drop some bills for this guy though.

Oh my gosh, I used to think that way and then I got a swift as a present. (I had a ball winder from a sale on Joanne’s crafts website. The 40% off coupon does it every tiiiime.) Anyhow, it’s so fast! And you can spend that previously consuming hand-winding time knitting! Also, Zachariah was probably getting sick of me constantly asking for help so it’s been awesome for the both of us. 🙂
I’ve been looking into getting a ball winder, but now after this post and that handsome stud ryan, I may not even bother getting one ha.
yay, i’m glad the nostepinne is still finding use! but yeeeaahhh, a swift is a little lifechanging. i do love that ryan gosling pic! it was my boyfriend who got me a ball winder and swift precisely so he didn’t have to keep doing that.
